What size image do I need to supply?

We prefer to get the biggest version of the image that you have, but we can do wonders with small files. Ideally we like the files to be the size you want printed and 300dpi, but we can use files that are the size you want printed and at 72dpi. If the quality is too low we will advise you before we go to print.

I do not see the size I want in your 'sizes and prices guide', can you still print it?

We are more than happy to create bespoke sized prints. Please email us the image and the required finished, framed size and we will respond via email with a quote.

How soon will I get my print?

We have a current turnaround time of 3 days.. All our deliveries come via a courier and will require a signature.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are happy to ship your canvas prints worldwide, email us for a shipping quote

I only have a hard copy of my photo; can I still have it printed onto canvas?

Yes, if you post the photo to us including a note of your contact details and the size and any effects that you may require, we can scan it in for you. We will return the original to you with the canvas. We do recommend that you use a 'board backed' envelope to prevent damage in the post, and also use registered post in case it goes missing.

What happens to my file once you printed my canvas?

We keep all the image files on our server, in case you want another copy in the future. We do not use them for anything else, and we will delete them if you ask us to do so.

I'm worried about giving my credit card details over the web, how else can I pay?

We currently use a secure payment called Protx. All credit and debit card transaction are handled by them on their secure servers, we do not see any of your credit or debit card details. If you are still concerned about security, then you can pay by sending us a cheque made payable to Nova Prints. However we have to wait for the cheque to clear before we process your order.

Is the size I pay for the print size or the frame size?

The prices we charge are for the finished frame size.
