4. Pricing

4.1 All canvas prints prices are in British Pounds and include Value Added Tax where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this charge from 17.5%.

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to despatch goods within 3 working days from receipt of your payment, normally sooner, and deliver goods to you within 1 working day from despatch. However we may not be able to provide an exact delivery date or time of day with standard delivery. International orders may take 2 working days from date of despatch to be delivered.

All deliveries are sent via an insured, secure courier service. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

5.2 Note that Nova Prints does not charge customs duties on International shipments outside of the EU. If an additional customs charges are uncured during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Nova Prints. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post centre or more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.

6. Returns

6.1 You may return goods (except custom sized products not listed on our website or made to order products such as “Photo on Canvas” pieces) and receive a refund, if you do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be returned in their original unused condition and with all packaging intact.

6.2 If the goods delivered are faulty or have been damaged in transit, then we will either exchange the goods free of charge, or give you a full refund including delivery costs, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days from date of delivery. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before hanging on a wall.

6.3 Nova Canvas Prints will not accept returns for any non-faulty items after 7 days have elapsed or for items that have been used. In all circumstances you must contact us via email in order to inform us of your intentions.

6.4 If the item ordered is not what you expected and an exchange is required, this can be provided but a delivery charge will be incurred. If you a want to exchange the item for an alternative one, please contact us to ensure the item you need is available. Please note the goods must be in their original condition and with all packaging intact, we cannot exchange used goods. Our Exchange policy does not apply to customer sized products not listed on our website or bespoke products such as “Photo on Canvas”.

6.5 Please ensure that you enclose your original invoice with the items you are returning along with a note giving the reason for the return or the exchange. Please then wrap the package safely and securely with original packaging received and send it to the address below.

In the case of a defective item, please in addition provide a full description of the fault and again, send it to us in its original condition and all packaging intact. The address to send all your returns and exchanges to is: Nova Prints, Iona House, 3 west Cliff, Dawlish, Devon, EX7 9DN.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof o receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
