1. General

• These terms and conditions (“Terms”) explain your rights and obligations in relation to this web site located at www.novaprints.co.uk (“Site”) and any goods purchased through this Site. Please read them carefully. You have other rights granted by law and these Terms do not affect these. If there is anything you do not understand then please contact us.
• The Site is operated by Nova Prints (“we”, “our” or “us”), located at Iona House, 3 west Cliff, Dawlish, Devon, EX7 9DN . You can telephone us on 0845 2706550 and email us at info@novaprints.co.uk.
• We may change the Terms at any time by posting such changes on the Site. Your continued use of this Site after notice of changes will mean you are bound by the new terms.

2. Site use

• The content of and content of this Site is owned by or licensed to us. You are permitted to view or print individual pages for your own personal use. Any other use must be with our prior written permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your use of the Site at any time.

3. Purchasing from us

• The Site and the goods sold through it are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. We will inform you of any changes to the advertised goods prior to despatch of such goods.
• By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose for supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers).
• We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods, which form the subject matter or your order. We may, at our discretion, reject your order.
• All specifications, sizes, photographs, descriptive matter and advertising published by us or contained on our Site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of the Terms.

4. Pricing

4.1 All canvas prints prices are in British Pounds and include Value Added Tax where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this charge from 17.5%.

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to despatch goods within 3 working days from receipt of your payment, normally sooner, and deliver goods to you within 1 working day from despatch. However we may not be able to provide an exact delivery date or time of day with standard delivery. International orders may take 2 working days from date of despatch to be delivered.

All deliveries are sent via an insured, secure courier service. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

5.2 Note that Nova Prints does not charge customs duties on International shipments outside of the EU. If an additional customs charges are uncured during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Nova Prints. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post centre or more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.

6. Returns

6.1 You may return goods (except custom sized products not listed on our website or made to order products such as “Photo on Canvas” pieces) and receive a refund, if you do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be returned in their original unused condition and with all packaging intact.

6.2 If the goods delivered are faulty or have been damaged in transit, then we will either exchange the goods free of charge, or give you a full refund including delivery costs, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days from date of delivery. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before hanging on a wall.

6.3 Nova Canvas Prints will not accept returns for any non-faulty items after 7 days have elapsed or for items that have been used. In all circumstances you must contact us via email in order to inform us of your intentions.

6.4 If the item ordered is not what you expected and an exchange is required, this can be provided but a delivery charge will be incurred. If you a want to exchange the item for an alternative one, please contact us to ensure the item you need is available. Please note the goods must be in their original condition and with all packaging intact, we cannot exchange used goods. Our Exchange policy does not apply to customer sized products not listed on our website or bespoke products such as “Photo on Canvas”.

6.5 Please ensure that you enclose your original invoice with the items you are returning along with a note giving the reason for the return or the exchange. Please then wrap the package safely and securely with original packaging received and send it to the address below.

In the case of a defective item, please in addition provide a full description of the fault and again, send it to us in its original condition and all packaging intact. The address to send all your returns and exchanges to is: Nova Prints, Iona House, 3 west Cliff, Dawlish, Devon, EX7 9DN.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof o receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
